You’re Not Bad With Money. You’re Overtaxed.
You’re the one people call when something comes up. The one who figures it out. The one who makes it stretch.
You’ve been managing money under pressure for so long that the stress doesn’t even register as stress anymore. It just feels like life.
But underneath the budgeting, the sacrificing, the saying yes when you want to say no - something is running. A pattern. A program. A nervous system response that started long before you got your first paycheck.
What We’re Unpacking Together
Financial Stress Reset is a 90-minute live workshop designed for women who are ready to understand what’s actually driving their money stress, and what to do about it.
The nervous system patterns behind your money habits. Why you feel anxious, guilty, or frozen around financial decisions, and where those reactions actually come from.
The inherited beliefs you didn’t choose. The messages you absorbed about money, responsibility, and sacrifice. How family expectations, especially within Caribbean and Black households, shape your financial behavior in ways you may not have had language for until now.
One practical boundary shift you can implement immediately. Not theory. Not a reading list. A concrete, actionable change you can make in how you relate to money and the people who depend on you financially.
This Workshop Is For You If…
You’re financially exhausted but everyone thinks you’re fine because you always figure it out.
You feel guilty spending on yourself but have no problem helping everyone else.
Your savings keeps getting touched because someone always needs something.
You go quiet when friends talk about money because your situation doesn’t match theirs.
You’ve tried budgets, apps, and spreadsheets, but the stress never actually goes away.
You’re tired of being everybody’s plan B, C, and D.
